Recently, our team tackled a critical exterior restoration project at a private residence in East Toronto, focusing on correcting structural issues within the property’s wood fencing and accessibility.
The project involved stabilizing and restoring the perimeter fence, which had suffered from severe leaning due to soil shifting and weathering—a common challenge in the Canadian climate. We realigned the structure to restore its integrity and privacy.
Additionally, we fabricated and installed a new, custom heavy-duty wooden gate frame. We focused on precision framing to ensure the gate would remain square and functional, preventing the sagging issues that had affected the previous installation.
