A new high rise building complex. We had to repair precast caulking that was done improperly by previous contractor, also install caulking around windows and inside balconies. We had to grind some areas on the precast. Project took us 5 months, 6-8 people crew. Working mostly on 135ft and 150ft boom lifts.
