Expansion joint and flashing installation

Last week we completed the Emseal Expansion joint and flashing installation at Mandalay project by CBWilkinson between the new build building and an existing building.
In order to install the Emseal we had to cut the existing flashing and rebuild it to create enough surface for the joint to seal.properly.
We also had to build the concrete surface to make the gap consistent through its length.
After installing the Emseal joint, we installed flashing on top of it to avoid water sitting on it.
