3530 Westney Rd North, Pickering

The project included repairing and replacing bricks on the West side, parging and applying air barrier on the wall behind, coating the metal I beam, installing Bliueskin replacing caulking on the windows.

We waterproofed the Foundation wall on the South side, replaced bottoms courses of clay brick with concrete bricks.

3650 Kingston Rd, Scarborough

This project included full replacement of window sealants and vents of the building,

It also included repairing concrete surfaces of the building as well as waterproofing surfaces of the balconies and installing metal cladding.

610 Bullock Drive, Markham

This project included replacing sealants on the surface and around windows, as well as repairing concrete under the window sills and on the concrete walls. The repaired concrete was painted to match the color of the building.

119 Merton Street, Toronto

The project included repairing and replacing bricks and mortar around bricks, replacing stones and replacing sealant around windows and along the brick walls

395/405 Dundas W, Oakville

A new high rise building complex. We had to repair precast caulking that was done improperly by previous contractor, also install caulking around windows and inside balconies. We had to grind some areas on the precast. Project took us 5 months, 6-8 people crew. Working mostly on 135ft and 150ft boom lifts.
